Shipping policy

We offer free Standard shipping within the United States of America for all orders placed by 3pm EST Monday through Friday on orders over $250.00. 

We offer free Standard Overnight shipping within the United States of America for all orders placed by 3pm EST Monday through Friday on orders over $1,000.00. 

We offer International Priority shipping on all merchandise. You are responsible for any duties and/or taxes required by customs as determined by country of destination.

Our warehouse is closed for all United States national holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates.

RETURNS

All eligible returns must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.  Returns received after this window will be treated as a credit to your account. Please use the United States Post Office return shipping label included in your shipment. We will deduct a flat return fee of USD $10.00 from your refund.

Please use the original packaging to return the item, or risk the return coming back damaged and unacceptable.

Note that we cannot guarantee returns sent using a shipping method other than the label we provide.

To be eligible for return, items must be returned new, unused, in their original condition and with all Lewisburg Surf Shop and designer garment tags still attached. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached will not be accepted and will be sent back. Note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear. 

All Sale merchandise over 80% off of full price is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

For international returns you are liable for all duties and taxes that are charged for transporting the returned merchandise back to the Lewisburg Surf Shop.
